Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your order’s journey.

UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and may take longer due to customs processing or local courier delays.

Delivery discrepancies must be reported within 14 business days of scheduled delivery. Claims cannot be processed beyond this period.
SHIPPING COSTS
Our shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery region. These are applied at checkout. We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over £150.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may be applied by local authorities. These charges are not included in your order total, are beyond AYNA’s control, and remain the responsibility of the customer.
