Return Policy

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order at info@aynabrnd.com, providing photographic evidence of the fault and order number.

Once we have been notified and confirmed, you have a further 14 calendar days to return it in its original, unused condition with the packaging, and we’ll issue a full refund once returned. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you need assistance, contact us, as we are here to help!

Please note, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your current item and place a new order. We encourage you to refer to our size guide and double-check your order before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our pieces. To help ensure the quickest possible resolution, please inspect your order upon delivery and kindly contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the fault.

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-order sales are final. Pre-order items are non-refundable for change of mind or preference, as they are made specially for you. If the pre-order item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at info@aynabrnd.com with the order number and photographic evidence upon arrival. Please allow for the estimated production timeline noted at checkout. Pre-order payment ensures you secure your piece from our limited production run, and we will notify you by email once it ships.

REFUND TIMELINES

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days and issued to your original payment method.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Requests made after the 14 calendar days cannot be accepted.

  • If your return does not meet the conditions above, a refund will not be issued.

  • Please shop mindfully and make use of our resources (size chart, product descriptions) before purchase, as we value no waste.
