We operate on a slow production cycle, ensuring that every garment meets our exacting standards of quality and fit before it is made available.

I ordered a mix of Pre-Order and In-Stock items. When will I receive them?
Orders containing both pre-order and immediately in-stock items may be shipped separately to ensure you receive the readily available pieces as soon as possible.
You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.
Are your pieces limited?
Yes, our future collections will be made in small, curated quantities to ensure mindful consumption.
When will my Pre-Order item be delivered?
As pre-order items are made at certain times, please allow for the estimated production timeline noted on the product page and at checkout.
We will notify you by email once your piece has been completed and is ready to ship.
Do I have to pay the full amount for a Pre-Order upfront?
Yes. Full payment is taken at the time of purchase. This payment ensures you secure your piece from our limited production, as we begin crafting your item shortly thereafter.
What is the Pre-Order policy for returns and refunds?
All pre-order sales are considered final and are non-refundable for a change of mind or preference. As these pieces are specially allocated and custom-made for you within our limited production run, we cannot accept cancellations or returns during the production timeframe.
Upon delivery, if your pre-ordered item is found to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us immediately at info@aynabrnd.com with your order number and photographic evidence, and we will arrange a swift resolution.
Orders & Payments
Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
Once an order is placed we cannot change the shipping address or shipping method.
However, do contact us within 48 hours at info@aynabrnd.com and we can assist this matter swiftly.
Please double check your shipping information before submitting your order.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged at the time of purchase to confirm and secure your order.
Your card will be charged according to the amount and currency of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
For pre-order items, the full payment is also processed upfront to secure your piece in our limited production run.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and some digital wallets like PayPal and Apple Pay.
My transaction is not being processed. What should I do?
For the security of our shoppers, our checkout process includes fraud protection measures. If you encounter a "TRANSACTION CANNOT BE PROCESSED" error message, please contact your bank to authorize the transaction.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You must contact us within 48 hours if you would like to change or cancel your order.

Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping rates vary depending on your region. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
However, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over £150.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our facility within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.
What are the estimated delivery times after dispatch?
Delivery times vary by region and are estimates only:
- UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary significantly based on the destination and may take longer due to customs processing or local courier delays.
Please note: Delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed due to external factors.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my international order?
For all international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are not included in your order total.
These charges are applied by your local authorities, are beyond our control, and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
If my order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, when will it ship?
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped separately.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment via email.
My order is delayed. What can I do?
AYNA cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, customs processing delays, or force majeure events. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact our team at info@aynabrnd.com.
Delivery discrepancies must be reported within 14 business days of scheduled delivery. Claims cannot be processed beyond this period.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return Policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or preference. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer exchange?
We do not offer exchanges. If your item isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund and place a new order.
We encourage you to refer to our size guide and double-check your order before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
How can I initiate a return?

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 5-14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Are pre-order sales refundable?
All pre-order sales are final. Pre-order items are non-refundable for change of mind or preference, as they are specially made for you. If a pre-order item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please follow the standard returns procedure and email us upon arrival.
